As of Friday November 12th you may be experiencing problems reaching our server via the regular My Account link. This is due to a "Denial of Service" attcack on one of the central Domain Name Registration companies (register.com) causing our domain name not to be recognized by your browwser.

This attack should not affect data collection from your units, nor execution of alerts.

While this issue is being resolved, it is possible to reach our server by using the IP address directly. However, if you do so, you will receive a security warning from your browser that the certificate is not valid. You will have to accept a security exception for this, but should then be able to use the site normally.
