| Base Station |
| Description |
A base station is at the core of any Ranch Systems solution. Rugged construction and cell or WiFi connectivity back to the Ranch Systems data center ensure reliable information collection and communication. Each base station can manage up to 100 remote wireless data logger nodes within 1/2 mile, and automatically coordinates with other base stations to avoid overlap or gaps. In addition to its node management capabilities, each base station also includes its own sensing and activation capabilities for optimal efficiency.
