Ranch managers need visibility to their properties to prevent theft, monitor crop development, view property access, and even track wildlife, but because of remoteness or off-grid status traditional camera and security solutions often aren’t feasible.

Ranch Systems meets these needs with the RanchCam, a wireless camera that supports motion detection and night vision, and is powered entirely by solar, making it ideal for remote applications.   RanchCam connects via the Ranch Systems' network, making it possible to view images from anywhere in the world in near real time via an internet connection.

Data gathered by the camera is transmitted to a secure datacenter via a base station for real-time viewing through Internet software.  Charts and graphs allow comparison of data trends, and tie in to other deployed Ranch Systems solutions.

  RanchCam Base Package

The RanchCam Base Package is the core system for a camera-inclusive solution. There is a cellular or a wi-fi option. Both come with a RanchMaster Base Station with built in DVR (RM210-DVR-C or RM210-DVR-W). The package includes a 20W solar panel and choice of camera - either a wide angle camera up to 20 feet distance, or a narrow angle camera up to 100 feet distance. Both have infrared. Motion sensor capability is an optional add-on.
