Basic service comes with all Ranch Systems solution purchases, and covers integrated monthly connection and software service, including: |

- Cellular data service (GSM, GRPS and SMS)
- Transfer of sensor data from all system base stations and nodes
- Database storage of historical sensor data
- Access to data and control through Ranch Systems real time, online Internet software
- Application accessible from any Internet-connected PC
- Up to 5 unique user accounts
- Dashboard and map features giving instant overview of all sensor and controls
- Comprehensive graphing function
- Rules engine allowing simple or complex rules per control zone
- Configurable data reporting module
- Cellular phone interface using text messaging for control and alarms
- Secured by SSL encryption
- Hosted in high-security data center with nightly backups of all data
- All data duplicated to secondary data center in real time for complete disaster recovery
- Network Operating Center Service, ensuring 7 by 24 operation
- Telephone and email support
- On-site installation and maintenance available at regular service technician rates

For an additional fee, Premium service on equipment, connection, and software includes all the elements of Basic service plus: |

- Annual Equipment Maintenance. Ranch Systems provides an annual preventative maintenance on all equipment, which includes inspection of all components, wires and mounting hardware, cleaning of rain gauges, as well as verifying functionality of all sensors. Components requiring software upgrade will be so upgraded.
- Battery Change. Ranch Systems will exchange batteries on all equipment as and when required, free of charge.
- Pro-active repair of component defects covered by warranty. Whenever a component is found defective, and this defect is covered by warranty (2 years for Ranch Systems equipment, 1 year for most other equipment and sensors), that component will be pro-actively repaired or replaced free of charge. Note that warranty does not cover defects due to customer's negligence, theft, fire, earthquake, hurricanes , floods or events considered force majeure.
- Pro-active estimates for other component defects. When a component is found defective, and the defect is not covered by warranty, Ranch Systems will diagnose the problem free of charge, and provide customer with relevant repair and replacement options, along with estimated costs.
- Annual software upgrades to equipment
