What are the service options ? |

Ranch Systems and its resellers provide two levels of service for the RanchMaster Solution. Basic Service and Premium Service. Basic Service is the
minimum level required for normal operation of the system, while Premium Service adds a number of additional field service related benefits.

The cost of Basic Service is calculated based on the equipment currently in service, according to latest Ranch Systems price list.
The cost of Premium Service is calculated as double the Basic Service fee. For example, if Basic Service is $75/month, the Premium
Service will be $150/month. Note that Premium Service can only be ordered on a 12 month basis, and is billed in advance. |

Basic Service includes the following: |

- a. Wireless Data Connectivity.All Ranch Systems equipment ultimately relays data over the cellular phone network, and as
such requires a data plan with a cellular operator. As part of basic service, Ranch Systems ensures that the equipment
correctly communicates with the cellular network and covers all charges from the cellular provider. Any administrative and
support issues related to the cellular operator is handled by Ranch Systems.
- b. Database Storage. Ranch Systems ensures that all field data is forwarded and stored in a central database on a correct and
timely basis. As a special feature, Ranch Systems ensures that data is forwarded to two separate data centers, as means of
protecting from catastrophic damage to any single data center.
- c. Online Software Access. Customer will have access to Ranch Systems on-line software for viewing data and graphs, as
well as exporting data back to user's own desktop. Other features include irrigation scheduling on a calendar basis, access to
calculated measures (e.g. Eto and Mildew pressure) and the ability to create user-defined alerts. The software evolves over
time to meet customer requirements. Each customer can have as many individual user accounts as needed, within reasonable
limits.
- d. Unlimited Phone and Email Support. Ranch Systems provides unlimited phone and email support, on an availability
basis. The term “Unlimited” in this context means that the Customer will not be charged for such support no matter the
amount received. However, the amount of support is limited by the practical availability of Ranch Systems personnel to
provide such support. Ranch Systems provides Phone and Email support on a first-come first served basis, 5 days a week
during normal business hours.

Premium Service includes the following: |

- a. All items listed under Basic Service above.
- b. Annual Equipment Maintenance. Ranch Systems provides an annual preventative maintenance on all equipment, which
includes inspection of all components, wires and mounting hardware, cleaning of rain gauges, as well as verifying
functionality of all sensors. Components requiring software upgrade will be so upgraded.
- c. Battery Change. Ranch Systems will exchange batteries on all equipment as and when required, free of charge.
- d. Pro-active repair of component defects covered by warranty. Whenever a component is found defective, and this defect
is covered by warranty (2 years for Ranch Systems equipment, 1 year for most other equipment and sensors), that
component will be pro-actively repaired or replaced free of charge. Note that warranty does not cover defects due to
customer's negligence, theft, fire, earthquake, hurricanes , floods or events considered force majeure.
- e. Pro-active estimates for other component defects. When a component is found defective, and the defect is not covered by
warranty, Ranch Systems will diagnose the problem free of charge, and provide customer with relevant repair and
replacement options, along with estimated costs.
