Ranch Systems provides real-time, on-line tank monitoring, and is optimized for use in remote locations and tough environmental conditions.
Cost-effective options are available for both single tanks and multiple tank configurations.
The software is designed for ease-of-use and
allows tracking of tank level using just a web browser from anywhere in the world. Furthermore, alert triggers can be configured to make automatic phone
calls or send text messages to key personel when certain critical conditions arise.
A typical starter system consists of the following components:
A level sensor (either a drop-in submersible, or ultra-sonic top-mount)
RM210 cellular base station for reporting to the Internet
Solar panel for power
If more tanks are within 1-2 miles, the extra tanks can be monitored without adding an extra base station - only the less expensive RS210 node will be required,
lowering the cost of online monitoring of multiple tank installations.
A number of additional options are available to further enhance the solution:
An alarm horn providing immediate audible feedback on critical conditions (e.g. overfill)
A camera for still image capture (e.g. fill/draw outside regular business hours)
Remote valve or pump control (e.g. automatic shutoff or refill control)
